	Kusanagi Village Kusanagi Village is famous for its Divine Wind, which is its protector. This village is also the home of the Satomi House and their Eight Canine Warriors that protect the village. Hundreds of years ago, Red Helmet appeared in the village and terrorized it. The monster took residence in Takamiyadaira Pass, warring with the Satomi House of Kusanagi Village. Red Helmet killed the Head Priest when he was ill and took control of the Gale Shrine. Upon doing so, the Divine Wind disappeared, causing the village to slowly succumb to the curse. The Head Priestess, wife of the Head Priest, and the Eight Canine Warriors were the only residents left protecting the village following the priest's death, and they eventually banded together and defeated Red Helmet, taking back the Gale Shrine and the Kusanagi Village, sealing the demon away forever. In recent years, Kusanagi Village is home to Taketori no Okina, one of the finest makers of bamboo ware in all of Nippon, it is said he was deemed worthy by the Sparrow Tribe, and is allowed to take Bamboo from their sacred forests. 	Sasa Sanctuary This inn is only open for good-hearted, and that is why they only have few costumers. As a result, the inn is often in the red. The entire inn is actually "in a land of fantasy, far from the human realm" and is only accessible by walking under a torii arc by those deemed worthy by the Sparrow Tribe, a group of humans who proclaim themselves protectors of the Bamboo Forests and its inhabitant animals of the Sasa Sanctuary.
