wandering the temple

Karnia was in the air temple, just wandering around it. She loved to do that, it allowed her to think. To think of anything that is going to happen. Anything that had happened. And it allowed her to have some time without anybody wanting to talk with her. She could imagine how difficult it had to be speaking with others. But being mute and showing everything she wanted to say with her bending was even more complicated. She also had to keep in mind that not everybody understood what she was saying. And she wanted that everybody could understand her. Even if she could do soundbending, she did not liked it. It was not her. It was not her talking, but the bending. Somebody else might think she was crazy if he knew her reasons for not using soundbending. Somebody else might think that she only cared about herself. But she had never only thought about herself. Otherwise she would not have even tried to learn how to comunicate with others.
These and other thoughts got in the mind of Karnia. But she was aware of everything around her. She knew that these were dangerous times. And she could not allow hersellf to be lazy. She asked herself when the old times, without fearing, would come again.
