Lightning blade
He exteneds the lightning from his arm, to his sword. He can use it as a melee attack, and he can shoot the lightning out of his sword. (Cooldown 6 posts)
Thunder/ Lightning fist
He pressures the lightning into his palm or his fist and forces it against his enemy. (Cooldown 9 post)

Character Theme: (A theme song you think best matches your character)|APPEARANCE|Hair: He has spiky black hair pointing to the back of his head and hangs off both the sides of his head. He also has bangs that cover a small fraction of his eyes.
Eyes: Hie eyes are slim, and plain black.
Height: 5'7
Clothes: He is the only character (right now) I have that will actually change his clothe sometimes. His most common outfit, though, is a grey shirt with a zipper that is zipped almost halfway down, revealing his chest. It has a big collar that will cover his mouth if the shirt is zipped up. He wears a purple rope in the shape of a knot on his waist,(he ties his jacket to his waist with this) and his has black pants with sandals. He puts his sword in between the back of his purple rope. He has black bracelets.

|CHARACTERISTICS|Personality: He is usually playful, joyful, and happy, but he can snap to serious in any situation. He often taunts people and makes them feel like their alot weaker then him, even if they actually are stronger then him, although he sometime gets into trouble by doing that.

Taunting people stronger than him (and he doesn't know there stronger)

Brief History: When he was just a baby, his father died in a war. His mother died from a sinking ship, but before she went on the ship, she gave him to a babysitter, who took him in and taught him firebending. He stayed with his bbysitter for about 7 years before his babysitter died of old age. He was with a foster family for the next few years.
After about 5 years he left his foster family to begin training with a man known as Blanko, where he learned how to bend lightning. After he left Blanko, he was about 16 years old. For the next 2 years, he had been traveling the world. | |

You don't need to have the whole lightning blade as an ability. Metal's already conductive- you can already do that.
