Arlania watched as he dispersed her water prison with a surge of Lightning. He then used a cross bow to fire a ultimate arrow of lightning at her. Arlania dodged it by using a wave to throw her into the air.

High in the air she spun, and around her appeared a large whirl of water. Suddenly it took the face of a dragon. This was her favorite technique.

She stood high atop her Water Dragon, the ultimate and Defense by using all of the water available to her.

The dragon opened its mouth and out rushed a jet of water, at the same time the Dragon lunged forward getting closer to its opponent. This technique used a large amount of energy, and took everything she had to control the mass all at once.

Drago dodged the water jet however, he had to leave the raichu which was washed away from the water jet and turned into statics.
