Dynasty Families and non-bending slaves.

I was watching a few movies and trailers and thought of something... When ever we enter a new time (time skip, or whatever), demands for special crops go up and only a certain place grows it. Cash crops! Creating the wonderful Dynasty Families. Time slowly goes by and these families are losing more money, they need a load of workers but don't want to pay for them. Oh Poo!

"Hey here's a good idea, let's put the poor non-benders to work, they're in poverty anyway!"

Who Said that! Hmm... Not a bad idea after all! Let's round up a bunch of them and treat them like animals! Breed non-benders with non-benders and have more than what we started out with! More money, no pay! But what kingdom would allow this? Maybe if we threaten to stop growing this special crop, a place will allow this to happen...

On a more serious note if your idea was implemented the rise of an Equalist-like movement would be possible. Except they'd be even more justified in their cause than they were in the actual show. With that we'd have the rise of an Amon-like figure, one maybe even more extreme and dangerous than the real Amon. Then we get this:

Yes! I was almost thinking the same thing, except yours is more advanced. I was thinking this type of thing would only take place in the Fire or Earth Nation becaused they're more developed.
