Hobbies: With being born in a cell, he never was able to have a true childhood. Instead he learned how to survive and cause pain to others.
Quirks: Sam isnt your normal human being, he never had a normal life. As I have mentioned before he was born in a jail cell, grew up learning how to steal, pickpocket, pick locks and his unique ability to change is limbs and body to take advantage of most situations. He is also very much insane, always thinking outside the box. With growing up to fight and survive, he has learned so much about the "funnier" side of life. For him it is never about gaining power or becoming the supreme ruler, its all about sending a message.

|APPEARANCE|

Hair: His hair is...a bit odd, never really washing it...it spikes out like someone went crazy with the hair gel. The color of his hair is bright white with a hint of dirt green to it.
Eyes: \His eyes are the one part people do not like to look at, with the lack of hygiene, his hairs are blood shoot with a yellow overtone.
Height: The man stands 6 feet tall
Clothes:This man is rather unique, he wears a doctors jacket which was his first kill that he rather enjoyed. His Black Cargo pants are custom made so that he can make quick getaway without worrying that his pants will get torn. On his head are Frankenstein like googles he also taken off of someone he has killed. So overall all what he wears are from certain unique kills he enjoys and replays over and over in his mind.
Skin: Covered with marks of each kill he has committed. His body is covered with marks of possibly hundreds of people he has killed throughout his lifetime.

Brief History:

The man is the true definition of chaos, born in the earth kingdom in a jail cell. The boy grew up learning to survive all on his own, sooner as he turned 15 he broke out of jail and believed that his life would be easier away from the cells...he was wrong. For many months he was pushed aside, spat on, and even attacked by soldiers keeping the poor away from the rich. As they years gone by he began to loose and see a different kind of light. Watching the bandits come in and out of the city and the mob that ran under the streets or abusing the poor. He then soon realized how money ran everything, " it's not about the money it's about sending a message...everything burns"is a common quote he uses on a daily basis.

As they years gone by he turned into a new breed of criminal, he did not care about money, women, or anything a bandit would want. He mainly wanted to see the world burn.

The man the grew in power as he then began to learn more about his bending abilities, with the stronger his abilities became, the more bolder he became and the more he attacked the nobles of the earth kingdom.His true intentions are not known and know one knows how to find him o stop him. Once though his plans are ruined or been foiled, they shift dramatically and go the opposite direction.

Actually, I overrule that approval. This character is technically a rip off of Beetlejuice, and we don't condone that kind of ripping off of other peoples characters. That's technically copyright. So change it please.

Judging by River's comments in the chatango it seems that this character is ALSO a rip off. Meaning it's also denied. However, that isn't the issue. I never told you to edit this character, I denied it outright for many reasons. 1: it does not fit in with the current world and plot. A character going around attacking Earth Kingdom nobles and doing whatever else your character is described as doing isn't needed, necessary nor has a place in this current world or plot. 2. It was a rip off the first time, meaning it was denied and from what I gather it is a rip off the second time. Meaning that it will not be approved even if it is reedited a third time. Even if this character isn't a rip off this time, I am NOT going to approve it for the first reason. Better luck next time.
