How can you replace me?
With a boyfriend?
Best friends we said we were
But obviously we're not

I wrote you a letter,
a poem.
And I made you a bracelet
to show our friendship

Did your boyfriend do anything like that?
No! Probably not!
I can see I don't matter to you, my dear friend
But you matter to me, friend

How could you replace me?

Massie, Sweetie, your poem is so beautiful.

You're a kind and special person, and I'm sure Brooke is too. Would she deliberately try to hurt you? Would she feel like you don't matter to her? And since she's sick, aren't you glad she's happy with someone?

It'll be hard for Brooke to have to choose between her boyfriend and her best friend. Think of what I've told you and everyone else. Nobody should have to choose between two people they care about. Sure, Brooke might prefer her boyfriend sometimes, but you will always be her friend, Sweetie. She is in love, that's what's different.

Please, try your hardest to be glad for her. When my sister found a boyfriend I was jealous for a while, but then I got to know him. Maybe you can try to get to know him. The three of you can do things together. And you can be the person for her to fall back on when something goes wrong.

cool poem... but it made me sad... i think Kura is right though, just give it time to settle in, and try to be happy. Also remember, you matter to me.

Yeah...time to settle in didn't work so well...we barely speak and things.
