| WHAT IS BLOODGARDE?
Bloodgarde is a neutral group of individuals banded together simply by name. It is a structure-less organization that anyone and everyone, young or old, can join strictly through invitation by word of mouth; a glorified club, or gang.
There are no rules, no restrictions, and no chain of command.
Everyone may do as they please.
However, because of the nature of the group, with there being no rules or restrictions, some have taken its name and used it for their own malicious devices. There is an underground subdivision within the organization that partakes in the illegal dealing of arms, drugs, etc., and there are many more secrets that lurk within its ranks.
Such deviations are only natural considering the group is large in number, and without a chain of command. While the longest founding member has taken on the identity of Bloodegarde's leader, they remain anonymous ― people simply know they exists. It is assumed they take no leadership over any subdivisions, or their group as a whole, because they have no active role or stance. Some even question if there is a leader; if they are even real. However, that is, once again, the nature of the group ― it's free-reign.
One can simply support its title when joining, or discover what lies in its shadows.LOCATION: Ba Sing Se, Earth Kingdom. Earth Kingdom as a whole.
