Lightning...

Shen arrived at Sozin's Island by boat. He walked onto the dock and headed too a quiet area. "I need to practice my bending." Shen said out loud. He got to a area to practice on a cliff on the Island. Shen took his shirt off he stretched. He then got into a wide stance. He pulled his arms in and placed them at his side. He then preceded to move his arms in circles, after three times he shot fire streams out in two directions. He took a deep breath.

He then looked down and made fists but kept his index and middle finger out together. He made circles 360 degrees around his bodystarting at his head going down to his waist he then took a deep breath and shot lightning out towards the sky.

Shen then drew his Jian sword and practiced using it with firebending, throwing in some lightning. Shen then jumped in the air and flipped putting his Jian in his sheath while simutaneously pulling out his Dual blades Dao swords. He landed and started on a run towards a tree, he started sliccing threw the air sending fire blades at the tree. The tree split into pieces then burst into flames. Shen then put the fires out so they wouldn't spread.
