Appearance: Tsumi wears his hidden blades in a hidden fashion, having one on each arm.
On his Right arm, he wears this:

Special Abilities:
NOTE: BOTH of the blades have these abilities!!!

Forever hold your peace: Any who come in contact with Tsumi’s blade (save for Tsumi himself) lose control of their vocal chords, as long as they remain in contact with the blade itself. Effectively, this completely silences them. When released, full control instantly returns.

Ballistics: Upon the command of the user, the blade is shot forward about 10 feet on a chain. On the same command, it is retracted.
